AI AND IP FORUM: NAVIGATING THE DIGITAL FRONTIER at Tilleke and Gibbins

The activity will consist of two parts which are the lecture session and workshop session. Lecture session will concern AI and its impact on the legal landscape. Participants will gain insights into how AI is already functioning as an indispensable tool for lawyers and the complexities of jurisdictional issues concerning AI. The session will dig into the link between AI technologies and various facets of IP law, providing attendees with a holistic understanding of AI presented in these domains. The workshop session will allow attendees to present cases regarding AI tools or technology of their interests as well as providing its impact on the legal field and challenges it might impose to IP law.
